Visa Credit Card Updates

360 Federal Credit Union is excited to announce enhancements to our credit card processing to better service your Visa® credit card needs. This will mean a few changes to your account, and we want to make sure you know exactly what’s happening. Your new credit card will come with the following new features:

  • 24/7 Cardholder Service: Call 888-999-0094 (toll free U.S.) or 531-233-6340 (International) for balance inquiries, payment information, transaction history, statement requests or to dispute a charge.  Visa Signature Rewards cardholders call 888-999-1130 or 531-233-6362.
  • Online Access:  Real-time credit card information, including transactions, pending activity, payment information, statements, custom e-mail alerts, plus you can sign up for e-statements and re-enroll for online access all through Web24 online banking and Mobile
  • Manage your Visa Credit card with the 360FCU Card Manager app to create alerts, control spending, and turn your card off/on.

Key Dates & Information:

  • 6/8/2020-New 360FCU Credit Card mailed.
  • 6/22/2020-Old Credit Card becomes inactive after this date.
  • 6/22/2020-Activate your new Credit Cards using the last four digits of the primary cardholder’s Social Security Number.
  • 6/22/2020-Update your 360FCU Credit Card Payment instructions, see below.
  • 6/24/2020- Our new rewards program will begin with uChoose Rewards.

What you need to know:

  • Your new card will be mailed on 06/08/2020. Please anticipate 7-10 business days for delivery.
  • New cards will be mailed to primary and secondary cardholders if applicable. Please note: your credit card number and your expiration date will change.
  • For security reasons, secondary cardholders will have their own individual card number and Card Verification Value (CVV – three-digit number on the back of the card) number and expiration date for their new card.
  • If you plan to use your card at any ATM, you will be required to use a Personal Identification Number (PIN).  You can select your unique PIN during the activation of the card or call at a later time to select your PIN.
  • We have included a Recurring Activity Checklist to assist you in updating any recurring payments or credits that will need to be transferred to your new card.

  How to make your 360 Federal Credit Union credit card payment:

  • Our payment processor has changed – it is important that you update your payment instructions to our new vendor and address.
  • Use Web24 online or mobile, transfer a payment to your Visa credit card from your 360FCU savings or checking account.
  • If by check. Please include your payment stub with your check and mail to:
    • 360 Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 2711, Omaha, NE 68103-2711.
  • If via a bill pay service, automatic debit or automatic transfer:
    • 360 Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 2711, Omaha, NE 68103-2711

Remember to update your account information, payment address, or transfer request information when the first statement or when your new card arrives.

New Visa Platinum and Visa Signature Rewards Program: Starting 06/24/2020, we will offer you a new rewards program with your 360 Federal Credit Union Visa Platinum or Visa Signature Rewards card called uChoose Rewards. uChoose Rewards will allow you to redeem points on your credit card purchases to use toward shopping, travel, event tickets, gift cards and more. Some important information about the transition of the rewards program:

  • Any remaining points in your current 360 Federal Credit Union Visa Platinum rewards program will be transferred to the new uChoose Rewards
  • All points that are transferred from your current 360 Federal Credit Union Visa Platinum rewards program to uChoose Rewards will be shown on your uChoose Rewards account beginning 6/24/20.
  • To register your card or to monitor and redeem your uChoose Rewards points, visit uchooserewards.com after 6/24/20.

Recurring Activity Checklist

The account number and expiration date on your new card will change along with the CVV code on the back. It is extremely important to update your account information on all recurring charges or credits that you have authorized on your 360 Federal Credit Union Visa credit card. Please Note: Payments that normally post on or before 06/18/2020 will still occur on your existing card. Beginning 06/22/2020 you must update your payment information with your new card information for each item you pay using your 360 Federal Credit Union Visa credit card.
