Bill Pay-Transfer Money Update
Transfer Money Feature Retiring October 10, 2024
We are retiring the Transfer Money feature of the Bill Pay service used to move money between 360FCU accounts and accounts at other financial institutions effective October 10, 2024. We encourage members who have future-dated or recurrent transfers scheduled in Transfer Money to log into Web24 and document their transfers in preparation of adding them to TransferNow when it becomes available on October 10th. This update does not affect Bill Payments or Zelle Transfers.
Please take action before October 10th, if you are an active Transfer Money user. Log into Web24 online banking, select Pay Bills, then click on the Transfer Money tab (see sample below). In here you will find the external accounts and recurring transfer schedules that you have created. Document your external accounts, transfer amounts and schedules so that you can set them up in TransferNow.
Here you will manage your external accounts and recurring transfer schedules. Click on Manage Schedules to find your pending and scheduled transfers. Document your external accounts, transfer amounts and schedules so that you can set them up in TransferNow.
Next, click on Manage Schedules to find your pending and scheduled transfers and to stop anything that is set to be sent after October 9th, otherwise we will cancel them for you.
On or after October 10th, log into Web24 online banking and set up your accounts and transfers using our new TransferNow service. To navigate to TransferNow, simply select Transfers then External Transfers from the Services menu on the right. Follow the prompts to verify your current email address. When your email address is fully verified, you can start the process of adding and verifying your external accounts.
